Elizabeth is an author, certified personal trainer, and health coach with a background in behavioral therapy. For as long as she can remember, she’s felt called to be a source of positive change in people’s lives. That calling started with becoming a behavioral therapist for children with autism and grew into her work in the wellness industry.
Her passion for healthy living in particular was sparked in her early 20’s when she started developing acne out of the blue. Naturally, she went to her dermatologist to find a cure, and when none of the topical treatments worked, she was prescribed Accutane. Wary of the side effects, Elizabeth decided to explore natural alternatives instead. And after doing extensive research, discovered that making simple changes to her diet could be the solution.
Elizabeth’s health coaching practice integrates methodology rooted in the science of metabolism, nutrition, and movement. She helps women who are unhappy with their weight and their bodies rediscover their mental and physical strength; and she provides them with support and strategies for overcoming the unhealthy beliefs and habits that are holding them back in life.
